Company

From the seed of an idea to the blossoming of your business

Helping businesses succeed in
regulated markets.

Canna Group Inc. is a full service cannabis consulting company – providing a comprehensive suite of business development, strategic, and industry-specific consulting services to companies currently operating or seeking to operate within the cannabis industry.

Our honesty, integrity and passion for our work are what set us apart from others in the space. And it doesn’t hurt that we have a strong track record for crafting both merit-based and lottery-based medical marijuana business license applications across multiple states.

Unlike some of our competitors who have seemingly popped up overnight, we have more than 40 years of combined experience in the legal cannabis industry – a distinction owed as much to our unwavering belief in the benefits of cannabis as to the good fortune of growing up in a state that had the foresight to legalize medical marijuana way back in 1996.

“If you are about to launch a rocket and that launch trajectory is off by even inches, the rocket is going to be off by miles out in orbit….Mission is what starts that trajectory. Strategy and navigation enables you to stay focused on maintaining that trajectory over time.”

– Jeff Weiner, CEO, LinkedIn.com

Now we aren’t comparing the cannabis business to rocket science. But it is pretty complex stuff; made even more complicated by the dizzying array of ever-changing regulations that differ state by state, county by county. The road to victory in the cannabis industry is littered with failed companies who, willfully or not, neglected to follow state and local guidelines. Enlisting the aid of qualified cannabis consultants can mean the difference between a struggling business and a thriving one.

Our mission starts at the pre-license phase where we assist entrepreneurs pursuing cultivation, retail, and infused-product manufacturing licenses with their state application submission process.

Our operational management and consulting services help determine the strategy that will enable our state-licensed clients to not just succeed, but to dominate.

Our unparalleled network of advisors, all seasoned professionals from diverse industries, allows our clients to navigate the turbulent waters of the cannabis industry by providing access to the best practices and brightest minds in the industry.

In a nutshell, we understand the challenges and complexities of the regulated commercial cannabis market and have the expertise to help your business thrive.
